Our ALL-INCLUSIVE bedroom rates include: basic CATV, high speed internet, all utilities, furniture, full size appliances and a washer & dryer in every unit, preventative maintenance, reserved parking, and friendly on-site resident management and maintenance, along with a great location too!  We even replace light bulbs and batteries in the smoke/CO detectors for you.

We pride ourselves in offering numerous rental options to meet the needs of every student tenant, with rooms in either a 2 or a 3 bedroom unit.  Optional upgrades may include custom lease terms (leases less than 12 months), Third floor vaulted ceiling selection, personalized fee paid guaranteed parking (limited) and a private bath in the master suite bedroom (one in each 3 bedroom unit).  Discounts that may apply are for such things as filling an entire unit with others, a returning tenant, leasing thru both June & July, renting the last room in a unit, early bird lease signing discounts, and referral fees (for both) paid and/or deducted from your monthly rent.         

So, whether you select an upgrade, or want the lowest possible rent, we will be able to accommodate your need.  Either way, all of our units provide most everything you will need with our hassle-free ALL-INCLUSIVE pricing, providing you with a budgeted housing expense with no surprises. Our on-site management, maintenance and after-hour assistants will also handle most of your every need, allowing more time for you to focus on why you are staying here…  Your education!

Our ALL-INCLUSIVE prices range from $475.00 to $625.00 per month per room.
We will be happy to provide you with your own personalized quote with the options that meet your needs and any discounts that can be applied.  With all of our varied optional pricing and discount schedules, we encourage you to either drop us an e-mail or just call anytime with what your needs are.  We can provide a general price for you, and then upon completion of a simple   no fee-application listing your specific needs, a quote sheet will be provided with your guaranteed pricing amounts and dates.

ENTIRE UNIT RENTALS

We also offer entire 2 or 3 bedroom units with a minimum 1 year lease.  All of the above mentioned upgrades and discounts also apply to entire unit rentals.

Rooms near campus fill-up rather quickly, so if staying here or not, please plan ahead before the rush!
